· Authorized Use: You agree that the travel services reservation facilities on this Website shall be used solely to make legitimate bookings for yourself or for someone for whom you are legally authorized to act. Abuse or overuse of these facilities may result in you being denied access.

· Site Access and Transactions: Tiomanferryticket.com does not accept any liability for your ability to access or use the Site at any time, for any interruptions in access, or for any failure to complete a transaction.

· No Warranty on Site Security: Tiomanferryticket.com does not guarantee that the Site is free from computer viruses, bugs, or other harmful properties that may cause loss or damage to your device or data.

· Financial Responsibility: You agree to be financially responsible for all transactions made under your name or account. You also warrant that all information you provide about yourself or any members of your household is true and accurate.

· Role as an Agent: We act solely as an agent for carriers, transportation companies, hotels, and other suppliers. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, accidents, changes in schedules, or other irregularities arising from circumstances beyond our control. We do not accept liability for death, personal injury, or any other loss you may suffer.

· Changes to Services: Sailings, times, itineraries, accommodations, or packages are subject to change due to weather conditions, tides, operational requirements, or availability. We are not liable for any consequential losses, injuries, death, or additional costs incurred, regardless of the cause.

· Availability: All bookings are subject to availability.

· Applicability of Terms: These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services provided.

· Right to Amend: We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Website after any changes indicates your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Terms and Conditions for updates.

· Responsibility: We are neither responsible nor liable for overbooking, misinformation, or mishandling of any reservation by operators/suppliers, nor for any other dissatisfaction or complaints related to the quality of the products or services provided by the operator/supplier.

· Price Changes: "Operators/suppliers reserve the right to change their pricing without prior notice."

Hotel:

· Hotel Information: "Hotel images and descriptions are intended to provide an idea of the hotel's look and feel based on the information from the hotel. They cannot be guaranteed to be always accurate or up-to-date. Please contact the hotel directly for the most accurate and current details before booking, if needed."

· Booking Confirmation: "Customers must present the confirmation (electronic version) at the hotel reception to check in."

· Late Check-In: "Customers are required to contact us or the hotel for late check-ins. Failure to do so or a no-show will result in the booking being treated as canceled."

· Unmentioned Fees: "Customers must pay for any expenses or fees not included in the price or package."

· Refunds for Unused Services: "No refund/redemption for unused or partial stays, meals, tours, and transportation."

· Terms & Conditions Variations: "Terms and conditions may differ from one hotel operator to another."

· Additional Costs: "All rates exclude the Marine Park Conservation Fund and Tourism Tax as imposed by Malaysian authorities."

· Price Variation: Customers are liable for paying any additional amounts if there are price variations after booking (e.g., tickets, resort/hotel, packages, transport, if applicable)."

· Reservation Changes/Amendments: "Any requests for amendments or changes are subject to approval by the hotel, resort, supplier, or operator (terms and conditions apply)."

· No-Show: "Non-refundable."

· Reservation Cancellation/Refund: "Non-cancellable and non-refundable."

Ferry:

· Ticket Collection: "Customers must present the Travel Itinerary (electronic version) to our counter staff to collect their ferry ticket and boarding pass at the specified counter."

· Booking Confirmation: "Booking Confirmation/Receipt cannot be used as or treated as a ferry ticket."

· Timetable Changes: "Sailings, times, and itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, tides, or operational requirements. We will not be liable for any consequential losses or additional costs incurred due to timetable changes."

· Replacement Tickets: "Every passenger must have a valid ticket and boarding pass to travel on the ferry. If a ticket is lost, stolen, or misplaced, a replacement ticket must be purchased before traveling."

· Conditions on Tickets: "All tickets must be used in accordance with the conditions printed thereon and published at our points of sale. Tickets may not be accepted if defaced or mutilated."

· Travel Date: "Passengers must travel on the date specified on their valid tickets with the correct date of travel."

· Surcharge: "A surcharge of RM 10 per person applies for ferry departures before 8:00 am (outward journey only) to be paid at the counter before departure."

· Ticket Changes/Amendments: "No amendments or changes will be allowed once the tickets have been issued or taken."

· Cancellation/Refunds: "Once purchased, tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable."

· Additional Costs: "Customers are liable for paying any additional amounts if there are price variations after booking (e.g., tickets, resort/hotel, packages, transport, if applicable)."

· Price Changes: "Operators/suppliers reserve the right to change their pricing without prior notice."

· Reservation Changes/Amendments: "Any requests for amendments or changes are subject to approval by Bluewater Express (terms and conditions apply)."

· No-Show: "Non-refundable."

· Cancellation of Service: "If the ferry operator cancels the service due to bad weather, your ticket will remain valid for the next ferry or a postponed departure (terms and conditions apply)."

Important Information:

· Ferry Schedule and Information Updates: "For any updates to the information and ferry schedule, we will inform you via phone, WhatsApp, or email."

· Marine Park Conservation Fund: "All passengers are required to pay the fund at the Authority Counter at the Ferry Terminal before departure."

· Travel Documents: "It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents at the time of travel. NRIC/Passport is required for verification purposes by various Malaysian authorities (Marine Department/Customs) for every passenger traveling to Tioman Island or any island."

· Insurance: "Travel insurance is excluded. All customers are strongly recommended to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. We act as an agent and are not held liable for any claims. All claims are referred to the insurance company."

· Taxes and Additional Fees: "Customers are liable for foreign exchange rate differences, administrative fees, taxes, bank charges, and handling charges incurred."

· Monsoon Months: "From mid-November to early February, Tioman Island experiences its monsoon season. During this period, ferry services may be disrupted due to bad weather. Please consider this before purchasing tickets."
